Introduction:

The Baidyanath Jyotirlinga, commonly referred to as the Baba Baidyanath Dham, is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas in India and is considered to be the most sacred abode of Lord Shiva.

Located in Deoghar division of the state of Jharkhand, the large and magnificent temple complex comprises of the main temple of Baba Baidyanath, where the Jyotirlinga is installed, along with twenty-one other temples.

How To Reach:

From Varanasi Junction you can take a direct Train To Jasidih Junction in Jharkhand which will take approximately 9 hours at a distance of 440 Kms.

You will also get Auto’s on Individual or sharing basis OR Taxi’s just outside the Jasidih Railway Station to reach Baba Baidyanath Jyotirling in Deoghar.

The Distance from railway station is approximately 8 KMS and takes about 20 minutes to reach there.

Alternatively, you can also take a train From Jasidih Junction To Deoghar Railway Station.

Morning: 4 am To 3:30 pm.
Evening: 6 pm to 9 pm.
