“Covid security” passed the last bastion: in all hotels of the most popular among Russian tourists tourists of the country have officially noted the anti-COVID requirements. Of course, we are talking about Turkey: a special document, which was sent to hotels by the Department of Investment and Business under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, announced the abolition of the requirement for them to have a certificate of so-called safe tourism, which the authorities introduced in the wake of covid hysteria.
Recall that the requirement was introduced on June 17, 2021. By the then order of the Turkish Ministry of Tourism, for all accommodation facilities with a capacity of 30 rooms or more, he was required to receive a certificate of safe tourism, which is also the requirement of “covid safety”. As a result, the rules spoiling tourists' vacations have been officially abolished.
According to the Turkish media, the corresponding order was sent to the leadership of 81 provinces of Turkey, as well as to all relevant organizations. Including the Turkish Hoteliers Association (TÜROB), the Turkish Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED), the Turkish Association of Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB), the Association of Tourism Restaurant and Gastronomy Investors, the Chamber of Shipping in Istanbul, Mersin, Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean and Black Sea region, and the Marine Tourism Association.
