waters off White Wata Beach in San Andrés, Colombia. A tourist who jumped into the water to get her slippers died under the propellers of the boat. As a result, the tourist died of blood loss due to terrible injuries to her legs, buttocks and lower back.
The moment of the tourist's jump was caught on video – you can hear the tourists and neighboring boaters screaming in horror when the water was stained with blood. The tourist was quickly taken out of the water, taken to the shore on a jet ski and then to the hospital, where she underwent several operations to transfuse blood and restore her arteries. Alas, the tourist died from blood loss and cardiac arrest.
As it turned out, there were 24 tourists and two crew members on the pleasure boat from which the tourist jumped. Crew representatives were detained as part of the investigation. Tourists were reminded once again that boat trips are not as safe as they seem, and were urged to notify the crew when they leave the boat. But in general, it is recommended to stay away from watercraft.
