Turkish hotels do not always meet the expectations of Russian tourists. On the Yandex.Zen channel, the travel agent named three hotels where her colleagues and their tourists were “burned” this year.
The following three hotels collected a large number of complaints:
- Bodrum View Resort 5* in Bodrum. The 1st line from the sea did not save the beach hotel from the people's wrath. The Top Hotel rating is only 3.9 – the general opinion confirms the discrepancy between the star rating and the quality of services. In addition, vacationers were disappointed by the unkempt territory and rooms, as well as a very poor choice of food.
- Selectum Side 5*in Side. “Checking in unfinished rooms, falling off doors of cabinets, puddles in the bathroom, non-working air conditioners. Maybe by September it will get better, but for now it’s better to book the namesake hotel in Belek,” the expert recommended.
- Club Nena 5* in Side. The previously popular family hotel located in the village of Kyzylagach does not please its customers this year. Tourists complain about poor food, unkempt territory and entertainment areas, as well as poor housekeeping and non-working air conditioners.
